This beret sings to me of Bollywood, despite berets having little to nothing to do with what is typically worn on those sets. But this hat has high aspirations, exotic yearnings, and so here we are. What is typical, anyway? Dream big, I say. Travel far and wide, preferably while wearing this sassy little number.

The Bollywood Beret began as a humble buckram frame, which was quickly rectified my covering it in gold silk, and them gold and silver embroidered netting. That gorgeous pink appliqué encrusted with rhinestones is imported from India, and it works nicely with its neighboring hand curled feathers. The hat is lined in gold threaded linen.

The hat is worn using an elastic which comfortably stretches around the back of the head. There is also a metal comb attached to the back of the hat for added security.
