This is a modern percher trimmed with flowers I made with my own two hands. I used a beautiful batik fabric and trimmed it with feathers, veiling, and millinery pips. The hat itself is a pale pistachio parasisal straw, which just sounds lovely rolling off the tongue, doesn’t it? It is worn on a satin headband.
