Shared Accommodations Package

Shared Accommodations Package

$550.00

This listing is for one shared bedroom for the weekend of February 16-19, Friday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

Upon check out, there will be a “roommate request” questionnaire for you to fill out. This is where you tell us if you have a specific person you’d like as your roomie. This is also where you should let us know if you have a CPAP, if you’re an early riser, a night owl, if you snore, if you’re hard of hearing and sleep so deeply nothing will bother you. Basically give us some idea of who would be a good match for you so that your retreat can be the very best it can be.

Shared rooms by default will be assigned to two guests, but there are rooms that can accommodate up to 3 guests. If you are attending with 2 friends and feel that more is merrier, let us know in your “roommate request” at check out and we will ensure all 3 of you are in a room where you can have the slumber party of your dreams.

Included in this package are 8 chef-prepared meals and access to all workshops. Have any dietary or other requests? Let us know in the “dietary request” field during check out. We will do everything we can to meet your needs. All rooms are fully furnished, including bedding and towels.

Wi-Fi access is available in the community building.

Please read the event cancellation and media disclaimer information on the Policies + Procedures page before completing your registration.

From Oakwood’s website:

Our guest lodging is exceptionally clean, well-kept, neat and comfortable. Each guest room is uniquely decorated with a country vintage flare. Shared rooms and baths are the norm. Most guest areas have full kitchens.

Only tried and true non-toxic household cleansers and pest control products are used. Air quality is constantly monitored for safety and comfort. Although Oakwood is not a fully wheelchair accessible facility, there are exterior ramps and a wheelchair accessible house with an ADA accessible bathroom.
In addition to hosting retreat groups we also host individuals who are interested in private retreat and or a family retreat such as a family reunion.

And then we feed you; do we ever. The most heard comment about meals here is “I wish I would eat like this at home.”  The Oakwood residents who staff our kitchen prepare balanced, wholesome meals with exquisite care and in the awareness that truly, each meal is “Love made Chewable”. A portion of what you will eat here is grown by friends on their nearby farms. Dietary needs of most descriptions are routinely accommodated. Menu options are based in collaboration with the leaders of each retreat group.
